Bess Cadwell joined the Staff of Govig & Associates in June 1996 as a project coordinator and was promoted to Account Executive (AE) in February 1997 and Vice President in February 2000. Bess has been named National Account Executive of the year for the last three years in a row and has attained pacesetter status every year.

Govig. Bess began her career in the military as a Security Policeman in the United States Air Force, spending significant time in the Far East, Europe and the Middle East. After reentering civilian life, she joined a national accounting firm in New York. Bess then relocated to San Francisco where she spent two years in Real Estate, seven years in Operations Management with a Biotech start-up and three years with Author Danielle Steel before moving to the Phoenix metropolitan area.
What makes Bess such an effective recruiter is not only her extensive and varied business experience but also her innate ability to match candidate chemistry with company culture. She also spends time educating her clients and candidates about the ever-changing subtleties of the marketplace so they can make good business decisions with an arsenal of up-to-date information.
