Dianna has 20 years experience as a recruiter and currently oversees the team that places professionals in the areas of
Pharmaceutical and BioTech companies across the nation. She has spent most of her career in the MRINetwork™ family as well as a 2 year stint opening an office for a Fortune 200 placement Firm. In addition to building award-winning teams, many of the Recruiters she has trained over the years are still thriving in the industry today.
Her education in the sciences and 24 years in management give her special insight into recruiting top talent for the BioPharma industry and in providing leadership for the team.
Dianna has a BS in Microbiology, magna cum laude, and has done masters work in the field of Nutrition.
