Originally from Michigan, Jennifer received her Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Grand Valley State University.
Jennifer relocated to Phoenix in 1995 and spent 4 years with Three-Five Systems, Inc. as a Human Resources Representative/Corporate Recruiter. In this role, Jennifer managed the entire recruitment function for the organization and assisted in hiring an average of 50 people per year for 3 years.
Jennifer received her MBA from Arizona State University in 1999. Knowing that assisting businesses and candidates with recruitment was her passion, she joined
Govig & Associates in July, 1999. The combined experience of working both inside an organization and as a consultant continues to prove her theory that great magic can happen when you properly align the right candidate with the right company. She is committed to this!
Jennifer attained her CSAM designation early in 2002 and was recognized as one of the nation's top ten account executives in 2001, 2002 and 2003. She is a member of the Arizona Technical Recruiters Association and Valley Partnership.
Jennifer's areas of focus include Administrative, Accounting/Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales and Human Resources within the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. Position levels include entry-level professional through executive.
