Joel Mathlin is a Project Manager who specializes in the
national placement of professionals within the long-term care
industry. His specialty lies in his ability to build
relationships through making friends and not making a
sale. It's a philosophy of care that is depicted through
the consultative approach he takes with his clients and the
respect and honesty he gives to working professionals.
A native islander, Joel was born and raised on the
Caribbean Island of Trinidad and Tobago before going on to
earn his Bachelors Degree in Business and Communications from
Arizona State University. With over 5 years of
management experience, he juggles his passion for his career
with his love and admiration for his family.
